Isaiah Joseph is the program coordinator for the Archer Center’s Washington, D.C., operations. In this position, he supports the coordination and delivery of the Archer Fellowship experience in Washington, assisting with program operations, Fellow engagement, and events and activities throughout each Fellowship term.
Prior to joining the Archer Center, Isaiah worked in student affairs at The University of Texas at Arlington, where he served as program coordinator for the Follett Student Leadership Center. In this role, he advised Freshman Leaders on Campus (FLOC) and developed leadership programs and experiences focused on student engagement, leadership development, and professional growth. His background includes higher education administration, student leadership development, program management, and assessment.
As a Summer 2026 Graduate Archer Fellow, Isaiah interned with the U.S. Government Accountability Office on its Education, Workforce, and Income Security team. His experience as both an Archer Fellow and higher education professional has shaped his student-centered approach and commitment to helping students make the most of their academic and professional opportunities.
Isaiah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and marketing and a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.
